It's not goodbye!

This will be my last post here at bliss! I've loved the past months and all your lovely comments and emails. I also want to apologize for being a "lazy" blogger lately. The reason for this is that I decided to follow my dream and start my own business, which takes up quite a bit of my time.

But now Hey Look is here and what I've been doing here at bliss! will be continued over at our blog. And I promise you, it'll be twice the fun. Not only will it include a lot more own projects, but since I established Hey Look with my friend and now business partner Lotta, it'll feature a wider range of inspiration and ideas.

Thanks so much for following bliss and in a way encouraging me to do what I really want. Feel free to follow us at Hey Look, tweet and spread the word. I'd really appreciate it! And stay tuned for some giveaways we've got coming up during the summer.

I had the most beautiful weekend setting up and celebrating my dear friend's wedding. The atmosphere was laid-back, the guests had fun, everything looked lovely and the bride was just radiating beauty. Even the weather was on our side - the sky was cast with dark clouds the whole morning and early afternoon, it was pouring down around noon, but then about 5 minutes before the (outdoor) ceremony started magically it cleared up and we had the most beautiful blue sky and sunshine for the walk down the aisle.

I focused on getting everything ready and enjoying the party - so i don't have a lot of pics, but I wanted to give you a few previews anyway. A photographer was on the spot and I can't wait to see his ceremony and party shots. Here are some of my detail images:

Event styling, flowers and Photography: Hey Look

Venue: Valkosaaren Telakka, Helsinki

I made this mini-inspiration shoot about a week ago for Hey Look at the summer cottage of my husband's family. The place is filled with hand-me-downs from their family and I was happy to use a few pieces for this table setting. I'm in love with that candle holder and the old wooden tool box (that i got to take home with me!).

Next weekend is my friend's wedding and we're super-busy with the preparations. I really can't wait to show you everything we've put together! Keep your fingers crossed for good weather - the ceremony is planned to happen outdoors with a beautiful seaside background.

On sunday, Lotta and I bought some fruits, berries, yoghurt and organic lemonade and set up a summery brunch table on the roof terrace of my parents in law.
